What is the tray made of?
The feeding surface is stainless steel, with a separate suction base underneath. Final material specifications will be included with the product information before launch.
How many compartments are there?
There are three recessed sections: a raised-dot zone, a round bone-pattern zone, and a wider zone with small bone and paw patterns.
Is it a bowl, a lick mat, or both?
It is a shallow feeding and lick tray. The different sections can hold small portions of food and spreads, with raised textures for licking.
Will the suction base stick to any surface?
No. Suction depends on a clean, smooth, nonporous surface. Textured, uneven, porous or dirty surfaces may not work. Always check the grip before use.
What size is the tray?
The current reference-image dimensions are approximately 9.57 × 9.57 inches, with a 0.47-inch tray depth. Final specifications will be confirmed before ordering opens.
Can I use it for every dog?
Check the tray's size and your dog's feeding habits. Supervise use, choose suitable foods, and remove the tray if your dog tries to chew it or the tray becomes damaged.
How do I clean it?
Wash after every use and remove food from the raised patterns. Follow the care instructions supplied with the final product before using a dishwasher or other cleaning method.
