These terms cover the MOVUMI website and purchases of our stainless steel dog feeding tray. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, use only an authorized payment method, and protect any account credentials. Fraud, impersonation and interference with the website are prohibited.

Ordering and payment

Check the product, quantity, address and total before submitting an order. Availability and payment verification can affect acceptance. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and return any payment for the canceled items.

Our store uses US dollars. The tray's current displayed price is $40.00 USD. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown before payment. The amount confirmed for an accepted order will not change because we later update the catalog price.

Your tray and its use

The tray is a feeding accessory for supervised use with suitable pet food. It is not a chew toy. Check it for damage, wash it after use and follow the supplied care instructions. Suction requires a suitable clean, smooth surface; always test the grip.

Choose portions appropriate for your dog. Product descriptions do not replace individualized veterinary feeding advice. Food and styling props shown in photographs are not included unless the product listing specifically says otherwise.

Changes, delivery and returns

Contact us promptly about an address change or cancellation. Changes may become impractical once packing or shipment begins. For delays, missing parcels, damaged trays and return requests, follow the linked policies. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Website content and third parties

Respect the rights of the owners of photographs, text and trademarks displayed here. A purchase does not grant rights to reuse those materials commercially. External websites have their own terms.

Shopify supplies the commerce platform. Your purchase agreement is with MOVUMI, the store operator identified below.

Product issues and legal rights

Report a defective or incorrectly supplied tray so we can assess the remedy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory. We do not exclude responsibility where an exclusion would be unlawful.

Updates

Revisions will show a new date. An update will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
